Experienced Intelligence Collection Managers to support an enhanced Counter IED effort in Afghanistan. Candidates must possess strong writing skills, and be capable of operating effectively as a member of a small team supporting deployed units in country.
This full time position located in Afghanistan is contingent upon award of the task order.

Qualifications

Required:
- 3 years experience in Intelligence Collections management.
- Responsible for coordinating all C-IED Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance [ISR] collection requirements
- Ensure that all ISR data is properly disseminated within supported command/organization.
- Monitor a wide range of available organic and non-organic ISR platforms.
- Collect/validate new intelligence collection requirements.
- Be able to prepare ISR assessment metrics of all available sources to gauge effectiveness of collection operations.
- Effectively work with higher and lateral organizations, including Afghan military formations, to answer questions related to RFIs.
- Collection managers must be prepared to operate in hostile area/combat zone for extended periods with minimal support.
Units supported range from BCT/RCT/MEB/MEU/Coalition BDE to a tactical battalion. Government will provide pre-deployment and theater specific training/orientation, Basing, Force Protection. Experience with tactical ground and air sensor operations and management experience are preferred.
Desired
- College Degree [Bachelor's or Associates] preferred, experience can be substituted.
- Operational experience in CENTCOM AOR preferred.
Clearance: Current eligibility for (TS/SCI) Sensitive Compartmentalized Information, based on favorable adjudication to DCID 6/4 standards based on an SSBI/SBPR completed within the last 4 ½ years
Geographic Location: Afghanistan
Salary Range: Highly competitive total compensation package. Salary component negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
