- 20+ years in Counterintelligence, either at Service or National Agency level.
- Significant policy input and management experience.
- Masters Degree preferred.
- Overseas experience, or experience at COCOM HQ preferred.
- Experience in all phases of CI including running CI investigations and operations.
- Knowledge of career training requirements a definite plus.
